An igneous stone that was generated some billion years ago. Silver Pearl Granite is a gorgeous blue/grey granite with silver, purple and beige colorations on it which is quarried in India. It complements a fundamental value to any venture when used.

Silver Pearl granite is scratch resilient, weather resilient and hygienic.

The rough durability and weather resistance of Silver Pearl granite is combined with lightweight, tough and easy to use honeycomb generating a stronger, more durable panel that is able to resist wind, seismic loads and influence.

It has become a popular select for kitchen countertops due to its blue/grey background. It is dark but has light color marks in its design and is the perfect choice for small kitchens.

Like other natural stones, no two slabs of Silver Pearl granite are accurately similar.  Because of this uniqueness that granite remains one of the leading countertop materials, and while the U-shape layout is often considered traditional, the countertops and appliances give it a modern feel. The Silver Pearl granite brings high-end style to this traditional design.

It is best when paired with lighter cabinets. This design amalgamation gives the kitchen a simplified and modern look by binding in the light and dark elements smoothly, and the granite itself is noticeable and exciting enough to steal the show. Earth tones are fused into the space with the wood flooring adding another level of warmth.

SPECIFICATION AND SUGGETION:

Medium Abrasion Resistance

The material has medium abrasion resistance.

It rates as 3.5-6.5 on the Mohs scale.

It is more resistant to scratching than materials with a low abrasion resistance rating (i.e. certain marbles and limestones, onyx, schist and slate)

It is not as resistant to scratching as materials with a high abrasion resistance rating (i.e. granite, quartzite and porcelain tile)

Moderately absorbent

The material has a low to moderate absorption rate.

Always seal this material prior to use.

To reduce the appearance of stains, always wipe up spills immediately. Oil and highly-pigmented liquids can penetrate and stain the stone and may need poultice to remove the stain.

Minimally Sensitive

This material is not sensitive to acids.

It will not acid etch or lose its surface sheen when exposed to acidic foods such as lemons or tomatoes.

Not Recommended for Exterior Applications

Due to known material weakness or because this material has not been tested, this material is not approved for use in exterior applications.
